Want To Own Tom Morello's Iconic 'Arm The Homeless' Guitar?
Tom Morello has teamed up with Fender to officially release the beloved guitar, with proceeds going to charity.

Tom Morello is a music legend. Known for his distinctive guitar playing style, which is filled with inimitable riffs, solos, and use of pedals and effects, the guitarist in Rage Against The Machine, Audioslave, Prophets Of Rage, his own solo work and numerous collaborations has soundtracked generations.
Now, fans will have the opportunity to own a part of Morello’s iconic sound. He’s teamed up with Fender to release his “Arm The Homeless” electric guitar, which is now available to purchase.
Fender has described the guitar as “a faithful recreation of one of the most distinctive and influential guitars in rock history.”
“The ‘Arm The Homeless’ guitar has been my comrade for life in the sonic sphere. It allowed me to find myself as an artist,” Morello said (per NME).
“I’ve played 22 albums in my life, and ‘Arm The Homeless’ has been part of all of them. I know that there’s a lot of magic in the way that this weird island of misfit toys guitar has brought into my life, and hopefully some of that can be brought into yours.”

The Fender description for the guitar notes that Morello had the “Arm The Homeless” guitar “heavily modified” for its use as his long-running primary instrument for over three decades.
Like Morello’s guitar, it features the “Hockey Stick” headstock, active electronics, and a Gotoh double-locking tremolo system and “masters its role as an instrument to become a powerful symbol of artistic rebellion.”
The description continues, “Every component, including its characteristic hockey stick headstock and powerful visual messaging, captures Morello's unwavering commitment to musical innovation and social change.”
Morello and Fender have pledged that a portion of the proceeds from the guitar sales will support Midnight Mission and Covenant House, two charitable organisations hand-picked by Morello that fight homelessness.
The “Arm The Homeless” guitar is available to purchase through the Fender Australia website for $3,099.00, including GST. Check it out here.
