Valley Fiesta Artists On Their 'Must-See' Acts This Weekend

In case you missed it, Brisbane’s biggest all-ages free festival, Valley Fiesta, is set to go down this Saturday (October 26). 

Taking over Fortitude Valley from 1:45pm, the fiesta will be headlined by none other than Meg Mac and MAY-A. They’ll be joined by a range of artists across four stages, including The Buoys, daste., eljae, and Andras. You can find the full line-up below.

To get us hyped for this weekend, some of the artists set to play are sharing their “must-see” acts for Valley Fiesta 2024:

Velvet Trip

We are really excited to see Meg Mac play again. She is an absolute icon, her voice is unreal - what a gift to the Australian music space. We saw her play at Taronga Zoo and her Let It Happen cover is a personal all time fav LAV. Go off Meg! 

Porpoise Spit

We’re most pumped to see The Buoys! We’ve been around their music for a long time but have never had the chance to see them live.

I’m keen to see Porpoise Spit, they’ve got such an energy to them. They cover so much ground genre-wise with their sound and it’s all killer. Stoked to hear those vocals live.

Zed Mero

I’m excited to see The Buoys at this year’s VF! Something about their music makes me feel nostalgic and their music videos are super creative.
