Triple J Unearthed Winners Added To Laneway Festival 2025 Line-up

Five new acts have joined the 2025 Laneway Festival line-up after winning this year’s triple j Unearthed competition. The up-and-coming artists couldn’t be more different from one another, which makes them perfect for fitting in on the eclectic Laneway bill alongside Charli XCX, Clairo, beabadoobee, Remi Wolf, Olivia Dean, Djo, and stacks more.

Miles Nautu, a First Nations rapper, will open the Brisbane edition of Laneway on Saturday, 8 February, while Sydney-based rap artist DEVAURA will open proceedings in Sydney on Sunday, 9 February.

Indie rockers The Vovos will prove why they’re rising stars at the Melbourne leg of Laneway Festival, while post-punk outfit Twine will bring explosive energy to Adelaide. On Sunday, 17 February, indie band smol fish will wrap up Laneway Festival in Perth.

Laneway Festival is already sold out in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. At the time of publication, limited tickets remain in Adelaide and Perth. You can buy tickets to the event here.

In October, Laneway Festival organisers confirmed that Stranger Things star and indie rocker Joe Keery would bring his band, Djo, to Australia for the first time at Laneway.

Upon revealing the line-up earlier this year, Laneway Festival Programming Coordinator Ruby Miles said, “This has to be my favourite Laneway line-up we’ve ever put together – I’m such a fangirl of all of these artists! Having Charli xcx as our headliner is a dream come true, but the line-up's depth from gates open until gates close will make Laneway 2025 so special.”
