Laneway Sold Out In Melbourne & Sydney, Limited Tickets Remaining For Other Cities

We may be three and a half months away from Laneway Festival 2025, but that hasn’t stopped tickets selling out in Sydney (after recently moving to a bigger venue) and Melbourne today.

For the first time in the festival’s 20-year history, tickets in two cities sold out on the day general tickets went on sale. Demand for pre-sale tickets was also massive yesterday. According to festival organisers, limited tickets remain in Auckland, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth. If you don’t want to miss out, head to the Laneway Festival website and get your tickets now.

Laneway Festival co-founders Danny Rogers and Jerome Borazio said about the monumental achievement of selling out two cities on the day general tickets went on sale: “We are beyond grateful and somewhat lost for words.

“This incredible response is a testament to the extraordinary talent and depth of the artists on the 2025 line-up and the hard work of the Laneway Festival team. It’s so affirming to see such enthusiasm from music fans across Australia and New Zealand, and we can’t wait to deliver an unforgettable experience in February.”

Laneway 2025 is headlined by Charli XCX, who has dominated music discussions this year with her sixth album, Brat, and its accompanying remix album, Brat and it’s completely different but also still Brat, released this month.

Along with Charli – who is a festival exclusive – Laneway has locked in some of the most talked-about artists online that Aussie audiences have been desperate to see, including Clairo, beabadoobee, BICEP (presenting their new show CHROMA), and Barry Can’t Swim (all exclusive to the festival).

Other acts performing at Laneway 2025 include Remi Wolf, the recently-added Djo (led by Stranger Things’ Joe Keery), Olivia Dean, Skegss, Eyedress, Ninajirachi, Girl And Girl, and more. You can check out the line-up below.
