Entries open until late July
Unearthed High, the nationwide band competition for high school artists, is back again for its sixth year running.
Triple j have today launched the 2013 edition and the competition is open to songwriters, producers, MCs and bands that have at least half of their members still in high school. Entries are open until midnight on Monday 22 July.
This year's winning act will have their original track recorded by and featured on triple j and triple j Unearthed and also receive the opportunity to perform alongside the guys from San Cisco at their own high school. triple j Unearthed has been the starting point for the likes of Asta, Snakadaktal, Stonefield and Hunting Grounds, who have all enjoyed some serious success since winning Unearthed High.
