The rockabilly kings return to Australia.

More The Paladins More The Paladins

Brisbane's annual GreazeFest is an almighty celebration of all things rockabilly; great cars, killer tatts, stunning dance shows and kick arse rock'n'roll music.

We're pleased to say that the organisers have gone above and beyond in 2013, enlisting none other than The Paladins to headline the annual Queensland event as it hits its 14th year of existence.

Since the early 1980s The Paladins have smashed out their unbelievable brand of roots rock inclined rockabilly music, right up until 2004 when the band came to an end. Since then they have reformed for the odd appearance here and there and now GreazeFest becomes one of the few very lucky events who can lay claim to getting the band back together!

California's The Chop Tops will be in attendance for the event, bringing their more punk rock infused rockabilly to the GreazeFest stage as a part of their 2013 Australian tour.

These two bands are joined by an incredible array of Australian rockabilly acts, including Doubleblack, Coral Lee & The Silver Scream, The Detonators, Matt Dwyer's Little Big Band, The Satellites, Pat Capocci Combo, Men Into Space, West Texas Crude, Dan & The Dualtones, Los Tros Cardios, The Sugar Shakers, The Mayhem County Boys and DJ Leapin Lawrie.

The festival happens from Friday 2 August through to Sunday 4 at the Rocklea Showgrounds. Tickets and more information are available through the GreazeFest website.
