The Jane Barnes Band has locked in tour dates for 2026, and in exciting news for fans, the shows have been described as “A Family Affair,” with special guests you’ll know and love.

After a sold-out run of shows in 2023, these are “encore” shows for The Jane Barnes Band – five shows taking place in the summer.

Kicking off at Launceston’s Country Club Showroom on Thursday, 15 January, the tour continues at Adelaide’s Her Majesty’s Theatre on Friday, 30 January, the Bunbury Regional Entertainment Centre on Thursday, 5 February, Tweed Heads’ Twin Towns on Thursday, 16 March, and concludes at Bendigo’s Ulumbarra Theatre on Wednesday, 8 April.

For the shows, The Jane Barnes Band will be joined by special guests Jimmy Barnes and Mahalia Barnes. Tickets are available here.

“This time around, you can catch The Jane Barnes Band at a theatre near you,” Jane Barnes remarked. “Come and join us for a family party!”

The Jane Barnes Band began as a family project during the COVID-19 lockdowns in 2020.

At the time, the Barnes family was reaching out to people struggling with isolation, reminding them they weren’t alone. Sharing videos on social media, the band didn’t play Jimmy Barnes songs. Instead, they focused on tracks they felt would move audiences.

As the band grew with family members and special guest musicians, so did the setlists. The group performs a soulful repertoire; a collection of covers ranging from Otis Redding to Doris Day and Dolly Parton, Cold Chisel to John Denver and Glen Campbell and Leonard Cohen to The Beatles.
