Alt country/pop quartet The Glorious North are gearing up for a bevy of live shows all over the east coast. The Melbourne group are hitting the road to celebrate the launch of the debut album, Welcome To The Glorious North.

Cementing their place in the Melbourne pub music scene over the last couple of years, The Glorious North are a heady blend of old school rock'n'roll and swaggering country blues. Taking inspiration from the likes of Paul Kelly, Dinosaur Jr and Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Glorious North revel in hearty storytelling and spinning lyrical yarns.

The Melbourne four-piece are launching their new album with a massive performance at Northcote Social Club, Sunday 24 July, before heading out all over VIC and QLD this August.
