Slash's Apocalyptic Love entered one notch below, landing at number two. Tenacious D's Rize Of The Fenix came in at six.

Also debuting top ten was Grafton sisters The McClymonts, landing at seven with Two Worlds Collide. The only other local act to make a move into the top 50 this week was Queensland's The Medics, their debut Foundations in at 29.

The number one placement out-oerforms The Temper Trap's previous placings,  when Conditions came out  in 2008 it peaked at number eight but enjoyed a long run in the chart, spawning the international hit Sweet Disposition. The McClymonts however have slipped a little since their Wrapped Up Good album peaked at two in 2010.

Also debuting in the top 50 this week: Adam Lambert's Trespassing (10); the Glee Graduation Album (12); Marina & The Diamonds' Electra Heart (32); Gossip's A Joyful Noise (35); NKOTBSB's self-titled set (38) and Backstreet Boys' own The Very Best Of (47).
