AC/DC Announce Support Acts For 2025 Australian Tour

With just weeks to go until AC/DC return to Australia on their massive PWR UP tour, the local support acts for each city have just been announced.
Along with the already announced special guests, Amyl And The Sniffers, AC/DC will shine the spotlight on another five local bands.
Hard rock outfit The Casanovas will open the two shows at Melbourne’s MCG (12 and 16 November), retro rockers Large Mirage will warm up the crowd at Sydney’s Accor Stadium (21 and 25 November), indie collective Oscar The Wild will warm up proceedings at AC/DC’s headline slot at the bp Adelaide Grand Final (30 November), rock band The Southern River Band will open for AC/DC for two nights at Perth’s Optus Stadium (4 and 8 December), and up-and-coming rockers HEADSEND will bring the energy to Brisbane’s Suncorp Stadium (14 and 18 December).
A limited release of tickets has just been released ahead of the tour – head to Ticketek (all shows excluding Adelaide) and Ticketmaster (for Adelaide only) for more details.
The Casanovas said of the massive shows, “Big news, folks. We’ll be opening for AC/DC at the MCG this November – two massive nights in our hometown.
“Can’t wait to get up there and kick things off before Amyl & The Sniffers and the biggest rock band in the world.”
