After weeks of speculation as to a potential return, Rolling Loud has officially announced its return to Australia in early 2026.
The festival will be taking over Australia’s east coast in March of next year, with two massive one-day festivals set for Sydney and Melbourne. Proceedings will kick off on Saturday, March 7th at Sydney’s Centennial Park, before heading down to Victoria the following day, with Melbourne’s Flemington Racecourse scheduled to host the second event on Sunday, March 8th.
Alongside the long-awaited return of Rolling Loud in Australia, organisers have confirmed that Gunna will be performing at both stops of the festival’s local itinerary.
While the full line-up, which aims to showcase “international names alongside some of Australia’s most exciting artists,” will arrive in the coming weeks, organisers have also promised that next year’s festivities will include “epic performances, expansive on-site experiences, and the unmatched energy that make it the ultimate home for hip-hop.”
“We’re thrilled to finally bring Rolling Loud back to Australia,” say Matt Zingler and Tariq Cherif, Rolling Loud’s Co-Founders and Co-CEOs. “The energy from Sydney in 2019 was unforgettable, and this time we’re expanding that experience with shows in both Sydney and Melbourne.

The renowned hip hop festival made its Australian debut in January 2019 with a line-up featuring Future, Lil Uzi Vert, Playboi Carti, Tyga, Smokepurpp, and local favourite Manu Crook$.
The long-awaited follow-up was scheduled to take place in 2024 and expand from Sydney, with a second event planned in Melbourne. However, the second edition of the festival didn’t end up happening and was indefinitely postponed.
In late August, excitement was generated when organisers promised the festival would be “back sooner than you think.” Weeks later, teasers about potential line-ups gave way to further excitement when Gunna hinted at an upcoming Australian jaunt on Instagram, with the Rolling Loud Australia account, along with Cherif also adding some fuel to the fire with teasing comments.
Pre-sale tickets for Rolling Loud Australia 2025 go on sale from 8am AEDT.
