A few weeks after meeting and playing a little ditty with The Wiggles backstage on the Today Show, Teddy Swims brought the Aussie icons on stage for one of his arena shows.
Performing at Sydney’s Qudos Bank Arena last night (15 October), the Lose Control hitmaker went through his successful singles and album cuts, but one of the highlights of the evening was being part of The Wiggles’ performance.
Together, the American singer and Australian children’s music group performed Hot Potato, Fruit Salad, and Rock-a-Bye Your Bear, according to setlist.fm.
Tour promoters Frontier Touring shared footage of the moment on social media, captioning the post: “Safe to say @teddyswims had a wiggle-y good time at the show tonight in Sydney 🕺@thewiggles.”
The unexpected collab seemed to go over well with fans, with a punter writing on Facebook, “The little girl in front of me was almost asleep, but as soon as The Wiggles came on, she had a sudden burst of energy!” Another attendee noted, “Was a great night. Definitely wasn’t on my bingo card, but gosh, what a fun time it was seeing the entire stadium get involved for it!”

Teddy Swims is currently on his I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy Tour of Australia, which informally kicked off with headline performances at the NRL and NRLW Grand Finals earlier this month.
Swims’ Australian shows were first announced back in March, marking his first visit to the country since 2023, and serving as his biggest shows on local shores to date.
Due to phenomenal demand, additional dates have been announced in multiple cities. Shows in Christchurch, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Perth sold out months in advance, with remaining tickets available for the upcoming shows on the Frontier Touring website.
For his tour, Teddy Swims has been accompanied by special guest Matt Corby, who premiered his new song, Burn It Down, at the first Qudos Bank Arena show (14 October).
Alongside his performances, Swims is scheduled to appear as a keynote speaker at SXSW Sydney this month.
