Melbourne-based blues rock trio Southbound Snake Charmers have a new release to share and they are planning to launch it with two sets at Catfish on 3 Feb.

It's the outfit's first full-length (and the follow-up to their The Dirty Blues and Voodoo Chicken Shack EPs) and has been dubbed Rhythm 'n' Rust.

The trio also have a series of gigs planned for the rest of the month, with appearances at Spirit Bar & Lounge (4 Feb), Rochester Castle Hotel (24 Feb), and their debut visit to Gippsland's Bruthen Blues Festival (18 & 19 Feb).
