Rock Fans Rejoice - New Queens Of The Stone Age Music Is Coming

It's about time!

More Queens Of The Stone Age Queens Of The Stone Age

It's been three long years since we've heard anything new from US rock heavyweights Queens Of The Stone Age, but that could be all about to change as frontman Josh Homme has confirmed that the band are set to get back together to work on new music.

Having been immersed in other projects in recent times such as Eagles Of Death Metal and the recent Iggy Pop collaboration, Homme has confirmed his next move will be with QOTSA.

"Yeah, [QOTSA return is up next on my schedule]," Homme said on the Let There Be Talk podcast (via Ultimate Guitar).

"Same lineup, we're locked in. We're having a meeting tomorrow about what we're gonna do."

The news comes in the wake of new supergroup Gone Is Gone, which features QOTSA guitarist Troy Van Leeuwen.

Keep your eyes peeled on theMusic.com.au for more details as they come to light.
