Costumes, instruments and more from 'Respect' are currently up for auction!
Fans of new Aretha Franklin biopic Respect now have a chance to obtain their very own part of the film, with a number of items from the production currently up for auction.
Nearly 150 individual lots will be listed via reputable US film and TV auction house VIP Fan Auctions, including set pieces, instruments, costumes and behind the scenes items, some of which were used or worn by stars such as Jennifer Hudson, Forest Whitaker, Mary J Blige, Titus Burgess and more.
It seems they might be saving the best until last, with no pieces currently worn by Hudson as Franklin (as teased in the above trailer) up for bidding, but check out some highlights from the first round of listed items below!

The first batch of items is now live, with bidding closing this Friday, September 3.
Described as “the remarkable true story of the music icon’s journey to find her voice”, Respect follows “the rise of Aretha Franklin’s career from a child singing in her father’s church’s choir to her international superstardom”.
Franklin was heavily involved in developing the film before her death in August 2018. The soul icon passed away at the age of 76 at her home in Detroit after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.
Respect follows on from Aretha Franklin documentary Amazing Grace in 2019.
