R Kelly Proves He's The Real Deal To Random Punter In $100 Bet

Buuuurn.

You know sometimes when you are out on the town and you see someone on the street and think 'Isn't that *insert famous name here*?' Well, a random punter decided to answer that question for himself when he spotted US artist R Kelly out on a late night food run this week and wagered a bet that he was the real deal.

As TMZ reports, the Grammy Award-winning singer, who was in Jacksonville for his Buffet tour, was at a hot dog stand when the fan approached and wasn't convinced it was really him.

Radio jockey DJ Dr Doom, who was with Kelly at the time, set up the $100 bet and on cue, Kelly proved his identity by busting out spot-on acapella rendition of his 1994 hit song, Bump N' Grind.

Though Kelly was a good enough sport to not accept the money, it just goes to show that if you REALLY think you've seen a famous musician on the street, just ask them to perform for you. It'll always turn out well.
