The festival has been postponed to 2021.

The 2020 Queenscliff Music Festival has been postponed due to the COVID-19 spikes in Victoria.

Originally scheduled for this November, the event will now take place from 26-28 November in 2021.

"We held out as long as we could, in the hope that things would improve and that we might be able to hold a festival, and for a while there it really looked liked things were improving and we'd be able to," organisers said today.

"Unfortunately though, with the recent COVID-19 spike in Victoria it is no longer possible.

"We would encourage those of you who can to transfer your ticket to QMF 2021. It's a huge help for us, and also guarantees you won't pay more for a ticket next year. We wont be offering tickets at a price cheaper than you've already purchased them for.

"We will soon begin working on our rescheduled 24th Festival plans. We'd like to reassure you that we're not going anywhere and we will be back bigger and better next year. QMF is here to stay."
