Queenscliff Music Fest Adds More Names, Reveals Grant Recipients

Ticket prices go up in three weeks - get in quick

The Queenscliff Music Festival has extended its list of international guests even further, adding two more names to the line-up in the form of Canadian troubadour Tim Chaisson and the US-based Trevor Hall.

The additions are well-timed, given the untimely exit from the festival of previously announced international attendee Elliott Brood due to "unforeseen circumstances".

Howver, Chaisson and Hall do join the remaining line-up, which boasts such high-profile personalities and acts as the church, Dan Sultan, D.D. Dumbo, Nahko & Medicine For The People, Hurray For The Riff Raff, and several others.

As well as the new faces on the line-up, QMF has unveiled the artists who will receive this year's Emerging Artist grants — Aine Tyrrell, who has walked away with $3000 toward publicising her debut LP Gypsy Daughter (hear the title track below), and Sagamore, who net themselves $4780 to help record their full-length debut.
