PREMIERE: Transistors - Dirty Diver

The young New Zealand indie rockers give us a taste of their new album.

We gushed all over young kiwi power-pop trio Transistors after their sets at BIGSOUND last year; their noisy and energetic sets were some of the more kick arse performances we saw over the whole event. It's with great pleasure then that we premiere the video for their new singleDirty Diverthis morning.

The band, signed to Kiwi label Arch Hil, have just finished work on album number two; it's called Is This Anything? and it's expected to be released some time in the next couple of months. For the time being though, Dirty Diver gives us a bit of a taste of what we can expect from the record, replete with a clip packed full of very cool stock footage as well as footage of the band taken from the Powerstation in Auckland.

You can purchase the single for whatever amount of money you're willing to pay right here. They've also released a b-side, which is a cover of Nirvana's Downer. Here's hoping we can see the guys back in Australia before long.
