“Paleoartist” Creates Most Accurate Model Of A Dinosaur Ever Made And It’s Cute As Hell

A British “Paleoartist” – yes, that is a real profession apparently – has worked with a team of international dino experts to create the most anatomically correct reconstruction of a Psittacosaurus ever made, and to be honest, it looks like the most god damn adorable Pokémon you’ve ever seen (sorry Pikachu).

Robert Nicholls created the fibreglass model of the Turkey-sized herbivore from the detailed studies of one astonishingly well-preserved fossil – the Senckenberg Psittacosaur. In addition to the familiar skeleton, the Senckenberg specimen still retails details of skin pigmentation and plumage after millions of years.

The model has been hailed by a number of distinguished palaeontologists as the most scientifically accurate rendering of a dinosaur every created, unlike Jurassic World, which was slammed by antsy dinophiles for ignoring recent research which has proven beyond doubt that most dinosaurs, including the T-Rex and Velociraptor, were feathered.
