Australian music industry veteran Michael Parisi has this week launched new bespoke artist consultancy service, The Right Path.
The online service "will guide singers, songwriters and bands, helping them to define themselves as artists, providing valuable feedback and critique on their music, developing a solid career path and making important connections to the industry".
The Right Path offers two "pathways" for artists to receive guidance; the first, Demo A&R/Feedback, is open to all artists who can submit up to three demo songs for Parisi to listen to then hold a personal consultation online to give feedback. The second, The Right Path Program, is invite only and is delivered by Parisi personally who will work with artists "should he believe they are at a level where he can work with them in a genuinely productive way".
"I have an affinity for helping artists discover who and what they are," Parisi said of the new venture.
"I enjoy watching artists grow from zero to hero."
Parisi is a renowned A&R expert, former label Managing Director, owner of artist management company Michael Parisi Management and head of Left Hand Publishing which he launched alongside Universal Records in July last year.
