Michael Hutchence documentary Mystify will air on Australian TV in the coming weeks in support of Ausmusic Month.

The critically-acclaimed film, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in April followed by a local premiere at Sydney Film Festival in June, will screen on the ABC at 8.40pm on Sunday 24 November.

Mystify features "extraordinary archive footage, personal home movies and intimate insights from Michael’s friends, lovers, band members, family, collaborators and Hutchence himself".

A soundtrack for the film, released in July, featured previously-unreleased songs from Hutchence, as well as the INXS frontman's famous collaboration with Ray Charles.
