KISS ProfileKISS’ long-awaited return to Australia has been postponed until August/September, with the iconic rockers citing border issues.
Promoters One World Entertainment and TEG Live state that “the recent announcement that Western Australia’s borders will remain closed for an indefinite period of time” is the reason for the reschedule as KISS “do not want to leave Perth out of the equation”.
The Aussie leg of the band’s ‘End Of The Road’ tour was slated to kick off in late March.
Described as “undoubtedly the biggest and best KISS show ever”, the band have said fans can expect a huge celebration when they visit Australia.
“This will be the ultimate celebration for those who've seen us and a last chance for those who haven't,” they said.
“KISS Army, we're saying goodbye on our final tour with our biggest show yet and we'll go out the same way we came in... unapologetic and unstoppable.”
Originally scheduled for 2019, the legendary rock group's final run of the country was cancelled due to frontman Paul Stanley falling ill, however, they rescheduled for November of last year before postponing to this March/April, which has now been pushed to August/September.
