The annual seaside shindig goes down at Manly Beach next month
The Hurley Australian Open Of Surfing is almost upon us once more, and the nine-day competitive celebration of all things that hang ten has beefed up its musical prospects with the addition of indie-dance trio Jagwar Ma and West Australian indie-pop darlings San Cisco to the bill.
The pair of acts join previously announced drawcard Vance Joy for the event's dedicated two days of performance, with Jagwar Ma taking to the Channel [V] Stage on Friday 13 February and San Cisco opening for the venerated Mr Joy on Saturday 14 February.
The performances will be broadcast on Channel [V] from 5.30-7.30pm on the Friday; Saturday's proceedings will be aired from 4.30-6.30pm.
The Hurley Australian Open Of Surfing is a free, all-ages event for fans of surfing, skating, music and lifestyle attractions, running at Manly Beach from 7-15 February this year. In addition to the sport and music showcases, there will be artistic/photographic installations, interactive sponsor displays and plenty of other good reasons to get on down for some sun, sand, sound and surf-driven good times.
