What's happening in the world of Australian indie music, you ask?

The Gold Coast's Nine Sons Of Dan are one of the hardest working young bands on the scene right now. They aren't intending on slowing that down by the looks of things, with plenty of shows coming up soon on their recently announced tour.

The third record from the wonderful Fabulous Diamonds is on its way!

Melbourne's 4ARM have caused a stir after they reported they left their big US tour which is currently in progress. The promoters say otherwise, claiming the band were dropped from the bill due to their negative effect on morale.

The new record from The Laurels is honestly really excellent. They've just announced a big tour to launch it, too.

Sydney's Our Last Enemy have just announced that one of the tunes from their very popular recently released record is going to be heard on Xbox and Playstation consoles the world over, as they have been offered a spot to feature in the new installment of Rockband 3.

There'll only be the one Puta Madre Brothers show in Australia this year, with Melbourne's Cherry Bar the lucky venue getting to host the boys.
