Sydney youth-orientated music conference Feedback returns in July as part of Vivid Sydney Festival, this year hosted by triple j’s Kyran Wheatley and featuring enlightening panels from the likes of Hermitude, Lisa Mitchell and more.
The one-day Vivid Ideas Exchange event at the Museum of Contemporary Art is aimed at 12 – 24 year olds, and will dish up valuable industry insight from some of the country’s best label reps, managers, bookers, media and artists.
Aussie favourites Hermitude have been locked down for a keynote, while Lisa Mitchell, Andy Gumley and Melody Forghani take a look at what it takes to breakthrough in the music industry.
Triple j stars Dave Ruby-Howe, Gemma Pike, and Ed Kirkwood will give tips on how to get airplay during Triple j Unplugged, while a star-studded line-up features on the Best Advice Q+A Session, including NGAIIRE, Amelia Jenner, Johann Ponniah, Anand Krishnaswamy, Monique Rothstein and Rebecca Young.
