Giraffe Tongue Orchestra close to finishing album

Giraffe Tongue Orchestra appear close to completing their long-planned studio album.

The extensively reported on supergroup, which features members of Mastodon and The Dillinger Escape Plan, are finalising the current music.

An instagram post from Brent Hinds simply reads, "GTO final sessions."

As Theprp.com lists, the line-up includes:

Ben Weinman (The Dillinger Escape Plan)

Brent Hinds (Mastodon)

Juliette Lewis (ex-Juliette And The Licks)

"It’s something we’ve been working on for a long time and interestingly enough we finished all the music and we’re finalising all the vocals now, Juliette Lewis is singing on the project right now along with some other guest people," Ben Weinman told SiriusXM’s Jose Mangin in March.
