The Sydney-bred fuzz outfit has a brand new single to boot
Up-and-coming Sydneysider garage-rock act Food Court aren't slowing down just because the year is at its end, announcing today the release of their newest cut On The River and washing it down with the excellent news that they have welcomed 123 Agency's Harry Moore to the fold as part of a new booking deal.
The signing sees Food Court join the likes of Kingswood, The Delta Riggs and Drunk Mums as artists under 123 Agency's purview, with the esteemed company taking on duties for the band's live pursuits from here out — including their just-revealed spot as support act for the impending Sydney visit from Welsh indie darlings Catfish And The Bottlemen this January.
"We are all super excited that Food Court have joined the 123 Agency family," Moore said of the deal in a statement. "I caught their show recently and it was simply one of the best live shows I have been to in a long time."
It's not just the live arena in which the band are excelling, though, with new single On The River marking the second such release from recent EP Big Weak. Previous cut 14 Years Young made it into the top-ten played tracks on triple j not that long ago, having been a fixture of the station's playlist for a solid few months.
