Local Sydney radio station FBi Radio are kicking off 2017 with news of a brand new Music Director today, FBi host and volunteer Amelia Jenner.
Jenner will be stepping into the role from presenting shows on-air such as The Bridge and Body Promise, and will be overseeing all music programming, interviews and music-focused content on-air and online.
Having gained valuable industry experience at Inertia Music, Ableton Liveschool and being involved at FBi since 2012, Jenner will be the station's third Music Director since its launch in 2003, taking over outgoing Music Director, Stephen Goodhew.
Jenner says of the new role, "FBi has been a very important part of my life since moving to Sydney seven years ago. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would get to play such an integral part in shaping the sound of the station that means so much so many people.

"It's an enormous responsibility, but I'm ready to take on the role with the respect and dedication it deserves. With an amazing crew of staff, volunteers and supporters, it will be an honour and a privilege to help lead the station into the future."
Jenner will step into the role officially on 23 January.
