5 November 2012 | 3:42 pm | Dan Condon

We stream the debut record from the British sextet.

They haven't even landed in the country yet, but already Dark Horses are the talk of the Harvest Festival. The band were announced as the support act for the single Harvest sideshow for headliner Beck and then they were handpicked by the fantastic Sigur Ros to take support duties for their two Harvest sideshows later in the month.

The band have just released their debut recordBlack Musicin Europe and the UK and the album is getting an Australian release this week. Of course, we hate waiting, so we've managed to secure a copy of the record for you to stream at no cost whatsoever before the LP is out on Friday 9 November through Clementine/Sony Music.

Not to be bne confused with those other Dark Horses we streamed for you last week, this group are only just starting to make a stir on the world scene and support slots with everyone from Black Rebel Motorcycle Club to Kasbian to Black Mountain have helped them hone their skills in recent months, as well as getting them in front of more and more people as their sound begins to spread.
