Delta Goodrem married her longtime partner, Matthew Copley, in June, and now she’s shared a stunning set of photos from their “fairytale” wedding.
The pair married in a 12th-century cathedral in Malta, per news.com.au, which is the site where Copley proposed in September 2023. On the day, Goodrem wore three wedding dresses by two of her favourite Australian designers.
Goodrem shared photos from the wedding on Instagram on Thursday (11 July), along with a moving caption.
“June 2025, Husband and Wife,” she wrote.
“It was more magical than we both could have dreamed. We said I do under the Maltese skies in a family fairytale wedding brought to life by so many angels surrounding us. We are holding on to every memory from that moment, the love, the laughter, the happy tears and dancing till the sun came up.
“We can’t wait to come back to Australia and celebrate as Mr & Mrs.”

Copley is the guitarist in Goodrem’s band. The pair started dating in 2017 and went public with their relationship in 2018. Before they got engaged in September 2023, Goodrem remarked that it’s “incredible” to share the stage with her now-fiancé and added, “We really are a team. He’s my best friend; he’s kind and just a beautiful human being.”
In April, Goodrem celebrated the 20th anniversary of her album Mistaken Identity with two shows at the Sydney Opera House. Mistaken Identity played a pivotal role in Goodrem’s career trajectory, as much of the album, particularly the track Extraordinary Day, was inspired by her battle with cancer.
The album features the hit singles Out Of The Blue, Almost Here, Electric Storm, and the title track. Goodrem hinted that she’d perform those songs live with “reimagined arrangements” and tell the stories behind the songs.
She said of the album’s anniversary: “Mistaken Identity was a challenge and a triumph… a mark left on me that I honour and treasure and am reminded of to this day. Happy Anniversary to all those who keep the album close to your hearts and resonate with those songs in ways that blow me away.”
