Can it get any bigger?
It seemed that there was no way Bluesfest 2016 could get any bigger, but they've done it again with the announcement of 14 new acts who are joining next year's bill, which includes iconic US R&B act D'Angelo & The Vanguard, Cold War Kids and a number of Aussie artists, such as Harts, Hiatus Kaiyote and Pierce Brothers.

Commenting on the addition of D'Angelo, Bluesfest festival director Peter Noble said, "When Bluesfest confirmed Kendrick Lamar we had the guy who produced the best record in Hip Hop this year, and now we have the guy who recorded the best current record in R&B: D’Angelo."

The new acts will join the 2016 bill next March alongside heavyweight names such as Tom Jones, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, Brian Wilson, The National and more.
