Bluesfest director Peter Noble revealed that 2025 might not be the final-ever festival in December.
Fourteen annual events will receive additional support from the NSW government and benefit from "less red tape."
Toto and Christopher Cross will perform at Bluesfest over this year's Easter weekend.

“This mix of legendary performers and up-and-coming talent is what makes this announcement so special and uniquely ours,” Peter Noble said.
"The arts, and events like Bluesfest, are worth protecting," Noble said in an open letter.
"We cannot afford to lose Bluesfest," said the MP who started a petition urging the NSW Government to offer Bluesfest a rescue package.
"Now is your last chance to experience our beloved festival."
