“Shooting it was fun."
The new music video from Aussie country musician Brad Cox is “meant to represent a hazy journey through a shitty breakup”.
Released today, the Short Lived Love clip implements a simple yet effective style of filmmaking that keeps viewers engaged the entire time.
"This was a one-take shoot, which means there was only one camera shooting the whole thing, cool, I know!” Cox told The Music.
“Shooting it was fun,” he added. “To be honest, I hate doing clips, I signed up to write songs and play shows not be an actor, but Dan [Graetz, director] and his crew were awesome to work with and we had a great time.”
Short Lived Love is taken from Brad Cox’s forthcoming album My Mind’s Projection, due for release on November 6.
