This year will see Australian music fans engaging in a stellar celebration of classic R&B and soul, with Boyz II Men announcing a national tour of the country.

Kicking off in late November, the special tour will see the Philadelphia icons performing across Australia and New Zealand alongside hip hop icons Salt-N-Pepa and fellow R&B veterans Bell Biv DeVoe.

Launching at Perth’s RAC Arena on November 26th, the trek will head to Geelong for a special A Day On The Green event at Mount Duneed Estate, before heading east to Spark Arena in Auckland.

The tour will return to Sydney's TikTok Entertainment Centre, before two more A Day On The Green events, this time at Bimbadgen in NSW's Hunter Valley, and Sirromet Wines in Queensland's Mount Cotton.

Launching their career in 1985, Boyz II Men adopted their now-famous moniker in 1988, topping charts around the world with records such as 1991's Cooleyhighharmony and 1994's II.

Singles like End Of The Road and I'll Make Love To You turned them into household names, and despite not releasing a new record since 2017, it hasn’t halted their touring plans, having visited Australia twice in the last decade, including their most recent visit in 2023.

Salt-N-Pepa, meanwhile, are one of the most iconic hip hop acts of all time, having sold millions of records, and reaching legend status with classic cuts like Push It, Shoop, Whatta Man, Let's Talk About Sex, and more.

So great is their status that the trio were last year inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as Musical Influences for their enduring impact of the world of hip hop. The forthcoming visit is their first to Australia since 2018, with plenty of lost time set to be made up for during their set.

Finally, Bell Biv DeVoe will be making their first-ever trip to Australian shores with their place on the line-up.

Formed in 1989 by New Edition members Ricky Bell, Michael Bivins, and Ronnie DeVoe, the trio found themselves dominating the top of the charts in the early '90s thanks to tracks like Poison and Do Me!, with having reached No. 2 on the Aussie charts as a featured artist on Luther Vandross' 192 single The Best Things In Life Are Free.

Tickets to the upcoming dates go on sale from 11am local time on Friday, July 17th.

An NAB Goodies Visa presale runs for 48 hours from 11am local time on Monday, July 13th, with additional presales for MG Live Members, Frontier Members, and A Day On The Green Members running for 24 hours from 12pm local time on Wednesday, July 15th.
