Bobby Brown Postpones East-Coast Tour

The respected singer will now head Down Under in May

Veteran R&B star Bobby Brown has postponed his planned tour of the Australian east coast, previously scheduled to begin next month, until May.

The tour was to have seen Brown joined by Naughty By Nature alumni Treach and Kay-Gee, and would have kicked off in Brisbane in mid-March. Now, however, as a result of Brown's understandable need to spend further time with his family and ailing daughter Bobbi, the tour will now get under way on Tuesday, 26 May, and will move from the Eatons Hill Hotel in Brissy to Jupiters Casino on the Gold Coast; Sydney's Rooty Hill show (previously 21 March) moves to Thursday, 28 May, with the Enmore show (previously 20 March) moving to Friday, 29 May; and Melbourne's show — formerly at The Forum on 19 March — will be held at the Palais Theatre on Saturday, 30 May, instead.

All current tickets remain valid for the new shows; new tickets for the fresh venues and dates will go on sale this Friday, 27 February, from 9am via Ticketek and Ticketmaster.
