Further details for the long-awaited second solo album from former Powderfinger frontman Bernard Fanning were revealed this morning, including the album title and a full tracklist.

A few weeks ago it was revealed that the new album would be released on Friday 7 June with the first single hitting airwaves on Monday 22 April. Well that's this Monday and the single you'll be hearing Monday morning will be called Battleships - as Fanning recently announced in a blog post. 

Those who have been following the progress of the album will be aware that Fanning has made the record with the help of some incredible session players including saxophonist Karl Denson and drummers Joey Waronker and Matt Chamberlain and the great Joe Chiccarelli is in the producer's chair.

The full tracklist for the record is as follows:
