Ben Lee Will Be Touring Sydney, Melbourne And Brisbane

ARIA-winning singer/songwriter Ben Lee will be cruising down the East Coast this June for an intimate set of shows.

The tour is timed perfectly with his newest album, Love Is The Great Rebellion, which is slated in for release on 29 May. It is his first since signing with Warner Bros. Records in February.

Lee will play three 18+ shows — he starts on Friday, 5 June in Brisbane, plays Saturday, 6 June in Sydney and polishes off the short run of shows on Sunday, 7 June in Melbourne.

Having teamed up with producer and collaborator, Brad Wood, whom he worked with on 2005's double-platinum Awake Is The New Sleep, Love Is The Great Rebellion is said to be "full of unstoppably catchy, pop-rock hits". 

Lee also recently released A Mixtape From Ben, the closest thing you'll get in 2015 to a heartfelt cassette tape recorded off the radio by your 15-year-old first love. It features the vocal stylings of Ben Folds, Zooey Deschanel, Neil Finn and many more, and was released on a pay-what-you-want basis, with all proceeds donated to the Q'Ero Project for the Q'Ero people of Peru.
