The Queensland property was searched by police investigating the 2013 disappearance of a local woman
A Queensland house reportedly owned by Loreto Patricia Sheerin, the mother of Australian pop star Ricki-Lee Coulter, has been raided by police involved in a two-year-long missing-persons investigation.
As the Daily Telegraph reports, "a source close to the investigation" of the 2013 disappearance of Gold Coast woman Novy Chardon has confirmed the house, which sits on a 3.6ha property in Advancetown, about 20 kilometres from the Gold Coast, is owned by Sheerin, though stressed that no charges have been laid against her.
The Telegraph also reports that a "large hydroponic marijuana set-up" is believed to have been dismantled by police during their time on the property.
Sheerin's land was unoccupied at the time of the raid, with well-known Gold Coast lawyer Campbell MacCallum reportedly arriving at the scene and informing the media that his clients denied any role in Chardon's disappearance — though he would not reveal the clients' names, but did explain that they were overseas.

It is understood that MacCallum also represents David Babbington, of Mt Nathan, who was the subject of a separate raid as part of the Chardon investigation and is described by the Telegraph as an "associate" of Sheerin and her husband, John.
According to the ABC, the police search of the property, including the home and a dam, wrapped up by 1pm; nothing of interest was found by the canvassing teams.
"Although we came up empty-handed today, our determination to solve this case remains as strong as ever," Detective Superintendent Dave Hutchins said.
"I'd like to thank the officers involved in today's search as well as the dedicated State Emergency Services workers whose contribution is very much valued."
Chardon, 34, was last seen in February 2013 before being reported missing from her home in Upper Coomera while her husband, John, was abroad. Mr Chardon had previously been identified as a prime suspect, the ABC reports, but has steadfastly denied involvement in the mother-of-two's disappearance.
