Justin TimberlakeThe new track from Justin Timberlake, Take Back The Night, has come under fire from a leading anti-rape organisation.
The sexual assault awareness lobby Take Back The Night have threatened the singer with legal action over the use of their name, which they believe he's used without permission, according to Radar Online. Executive Director Katherine Koestner told the website that the organisation has issued Timberlake's camp with a letter from their legal counsel.
“Everyone at Take Back the Night is really shocked, because normally, we get asked when people want to use the name,” she said. “Normally entities as large as Justin Timberlake do very kind and thoughtful things to support our cause.”
Koestner said the foundation were also quite concerned about the mixed message the song is sending out in relation to the nature of what Take Back The Night strive to do.
“The lyrics are definitely very sexual and not at all clearly anti-sexual violence,” she added.
Here's the audio clip of the song...

The second album is out on Friday 27 September, along with a compilation of the two 2013 releases called The 20/20 Experience - The Complete Experience.
JT has been hitting the headlines a fair bit lately - his latest video for the track Tunnel Vision created a stir for its NSFW nature - it was subsequently pulled down from YouTube.
