Surf-Punk boys WAVVES have let news of their 2013 Splendour In The Grass performance slip on twitter.
Splendour In The Grass have kept their line-up to themselves and many people have written up wish lists for the show, our own Tony Kingston has even written up all of the rumours that have been circling around the appearances.
THE NATIONAL, COLD WAR KIDS, and THE POLYPHONIC SPREE all have put fans out of their misery and has confirmed Splendour In The Grass appearances, but a now surf-punk boys WAVVES have let their performance slip too. Everybody get crazy!

The boys who were in Australia last year for the Groovin’ the Moo tour spilt the beans to Australian DJ Sam Gill or GILSUN as he’s better known round these parts. Gill and WAVVES frontman Nathan Willams chat on Twitter quite a bit and after Gill told Williams that he needs to return to Australia soon, Williams told him “we’re playing at Splendour this year”, hopefully the commitiee at the sunny festival won’t be too mad.

The offical Splendour line-up isn’t due until Wednesday, but with so many fine acts subtly confirming over the inter-webs, there may not be that many surprises on the list. Splendour moved back down to it’s home in Byron Bay last year and is now there to stay.
