Album has since been removed
Hype-ridden American rapper Angel Haze leaked her own album overnight, saying “fuck you” to her label who had intended to release the record next year.
Her debut Dirty Gold is scheduled for March, through Universal imprint Island/Republic, but Haze posted it on Soundcloud after a series of Tweets slamming her label.
The tracks were taken down shortly after they appeared, with the links broken this morning.
The obvious tension between artist and label, has upped the anticipation of the record for those who didn't get to stream it this morning. The saga may now be spun as a marketing ploy in the lead up to the album's label-approved release.

So sorry to Island/Republic Records, but fuck you. I got here doing this for my fans and if you guys don't feel the same, it won't stop me.

I have gone to bat for this music. I have gone to bat for myself. I have literally sat fucking sleepless and starved crying over this shit.

I turned down so much shit to be sure that I could finish this album because actually wanting something to me means doing all you can to be

Sure that it's attainable. I stopped arguing my point. Stopped giving a fuck about everything. Let these other ditsy bitches disrespect me
