A massive local and international line up will appear through one hilarious week.
Comedy Up Latewill bring audiences across Australia into the Melbourne International Comedy Festival's infamous The Festival Club, getting some of the best comics from the festival into the lounge rooms of those who can't be there in the flesh and, in turn, giving some of our best unsung comedians some serious exposure.
The program, which will be filmed at the aformentioned club across four nights, will screen on ABC2 from Sunday 7 April through to Saturday 13 at 10.30pm each night.
Hosted by Lawrence Mooney it will feature a couple of ABC favourites such as Josh Thomas (who has his Please Like Me showing tonight - whether our blogger likes it or not) and Sam Simmons of Problems fame.
They join a line up of comedians that includes the likes of Sean Choolburra, Cal Wilson, Melinda Buttle, DeAnne Smith, Anne Edmonds, Matt Okine, Wes Snelling as Tina Del Twist, Pete Holmes, Ronny Chieng, Kate McLennan, Joel Creasey, Tommy Little, Urzila Carlson, Kevin Kropinyeri, Harley Breen, Geraldine Quinn, Nazeem Hussain and Trevor Noah.
