Get around some world music this March

More Archie Roach More Archie Roach

The very first Bohemia event is headed straight for Melbourne, featuring Australia's own Archie Roach and Turkish-born, Montreal-based ney (wooden flute) player and composer Mercan Dede at the helm.

Also on the bill are Irish-born Cretan Ross Daly, Portugal's Vila Navio and Melburnian world music group Bashka.

This fusion and celebration of world music will be held at the inaugural event at Collingwood Town Hall this March, a suburb at the heart of Melbourne that organisers believe is the best place to celebrate the meeting of cultures.
