The Gaslight Anthem have announced that they will be releasing a new short filme, "Every Word Handwritten". The short film was directed by Kevin Slack, who has previously worked with the band on their music videos for "Here Comes My Man", "Handwritten", "Bring It On" and "Old White Lincoln".

It has been announced that Ken Andrews of Failure and Year of the Rabbit fame will be the person mixing the new Paramore album. Since the break ups of Failure and Year of the Rabbit, Andrews has worked as a producer and engineer, working with the likes of Blink-182, Copeland, Jimmy Eat World, Nine Inch Nails, Tenacious D, Tool, and Unwritten Law.

Tim Armstrong of Rancid has announced that he will be releasing a new solo album under the name Tim Timebomb and Friends. The record will be available digitally on December 4 through Hellcat Records, and Armstrong has posted a number of the songs from the record on his website.

Bring Me The Horizon recently performed a new song titled ‘Shadow Moses’ during their set at Vans Warped Tour UK.

Bullet For My Valentine have posted a new video for their song 'Temper Temper'. The track is taken from the band’s upcoming album of the same name, due out on February 12 through RCA Records.

Tonight Alive have posted a behind the scenes video for their recent music video for "Listening". The song is taken from the band's latest album "What Are You So Scared Of?", which was released in 2011 through Sony Music Australia, and was re-issued in America in February this year through Fearless Records.

Pennsylvanian melodic hardcore outfit Title Fight have announced they’re returning to our shores this March for a national tour. The band who released well-received album ‘Floral Green’ this year play in Australia after last playing down under in 2011. “Musical trends come and go, but the bands who stick around are the ones who eschew whatever’s popular in favor of playing the music that’s in their hearts—and Pennsylvania’s Title Fight are a perfect example of this,” part of a press release notes.

Popular local heavy-hitters Dream On Dreamer have parted ways with Michael ‘Mcoy’ McLeod.

Last week KYS reported that Mark Hoppus of Blink 182 mentioned there would be new material from the band soon. Today guitarist Tom Delonge has confirmed it will be in the form of a new EP just in time for Christmas.
