Hot Water Music have announced that they will be releasing a triple LP/double CD and DVD set, titled "Live in Chicago" on January 15 through No Idea Records. The vinyl version will include a download code, specific colored vinyl, and features 30 songs in 90 minutes, pulled from both nights. The label is promising six versions of the 3xLP, all in runs of 550. The colours are set to be blue, red, yellow, green, purple, and white, and the ink colour on the covers will match the vinyl colour of the record. As well as the 30 song audio portion of the release, an 80-minute, 24-song live DVD of night two will be included. All three discs will be kept in a sturdy, plastic-free, three-pocket jacket.

American surf rockers Wavves have posted the music video to ‘Sail To The Sun’, the first single from their upcoming fourth studio album.

Former Nile/Divine Heresy bassist Joseph Payne has been arrested for trafficking 2,900 grams of marijuana in the Iredell County area of North Carolina, according to Gun Shy Assassin. Payne, 28, and another man, John Tringas, 23, were arrested in connection to marijuana being transported from the Charlotte area and distributed in Iredell County. The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office seized 2,900 grams of marijuana, three handguns and more than $5,000 USD when conducting a search warrant at Payne's residence. The marijuana reportedly has a street value of more than $26,000 USD. Both men were charged with felony possession with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana, felony possession of marijuana and maintaining a vehicle. More arrests are expected to be made in relation to the investigation.

Melbourne’s The Reverence Hotel will host an Australia Day weekend showcase in 2013, with a two day music event for charity.

The line-up for Push Over 2013 has been announced, with The Amity Affliction headlining the all-ages event. Celebrating its 21st year, the festival makes its way to the Sidney Myer Music Bowl.

The Killers have posted the new music video for their Christmas song "I Feel It In My Bones". The track is available now as a single through Island Records, and all proceeds from sales of the single go to (PRODUCT)RED, which benefits The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
