Dom Dolla ProfileDom Dolla has launched a new record label, and he’s shared some of the details and introduced the label’s first signees, Torren Foot and rhys from the sticks.
The Australian producer and DJ’s new label, Good Fortune Records, launches alongside the release of Torren Foot & rhys from the sticks’ DANCE, coming out this Friday, 16 October.
Good Fortune Records was born from a party series Dom Dolla created two years ago.
For that series, he brought together emerging and established artists across unique locations. The parties have taken place in Melbourne, Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Detroit, London and Manchester, and featured Solomun, Green Velvet, Tiga, Fcukers and Skream.
With the launch of his own record label, Dom Dolla has created a home for music made for the dancefloor, something he’s become an expert at.
In a statement, Dom said of his new venture, “After 20 years of DJing, I still find nothing more exciting than discovering new records that rip holes through a dance floor. This week, I’m finally launching Good Fortune Records.
“A record label that began as a party brand I’ve been running events under for the last few years. A place where both new up-and-coming artists and established legends can come together and do what they do best. The first release comes out this week and is by the incredible Torren Foot & rhys from the sticks. It’s been a staple in my set for the last 12 months.”
As Dom explained, DANCE has been a regular staple of his sets.
He debuted the track at his Sydney stadium show last year and, during his record-breaking stadium show in his hometown of Melbourne last month, Torren Foot joined Dom Dolla on stage. Together, they played the song to an enormous 60,000 fans.
Last December, Dom Dolla became the first electronic artist to headline a stadium in Australia, playing to 40,000 punters at Sydney’s Allianz Stadium.
Untitled Group and TEG Live presented the event, with Untitled Co-Founder & Managing Partner Nicholas Greco reflecting on its impact after years of working with the Aussie DJ.
“Watching Dom grow from the beginning of his journey to delivering a stadium show of this scale - and doing so in his home country as the first electronic artist to headline a stadium in Australia - has been incredibly inspiring,” Greco said.
“Seeing an electronic artist connect with tens of thousands of people in that environment shows just how incredible he is, and it’s exciting to look ahead to what’s next as he closes out 2025 and brings that momentum into 2026 at home with his fans.”
