Approximate Running Times: Doors - 6:30pm Start - 7:30pm Duration - 2 hours and 10 minutes, including interval Prohibited Items: No video, audio or professional photography unless stated otherwise by the promoter. No alcohol or open drink containers can be brought into the venue. Seating in Lounge Rows A-D is strictly NO STANDING. .

Please Note:
Children's Policy: Children under 2 years of age are admitted for free provided they do not occupy a seat. Please refer to the venue's website FAQ page for more information on bringing young children & babies. Accessible Seating & Companion Card Holder: Accessible seating can be purchased online. Bookings including a Companion Card ticket can only be collected from the Box Office. The Companion Card must be presented upon collection.

Accessible Car Parking:
There are two accessible car parking spaces in Lower Esplanade.
Access is via Jacka Boulevard through the St Kilda Triangle Car Park.

Guide Dogs:
Guide/support dogs are welcome at the Palais Theatre.

Hearing Loop:
The Palais theatre has a hearing loop available free of charge for patrons with auditory limitations.

Toilets:
Accessible toilets are located on Ground Level and Level 1, next to the venue elevator.
Ambulant toilet cubicles are in our main toilets.
