Where?
What?
Fisheye are a Melbourne/Naarm-based band making unique, turbulent and delirious music that draws on math-rock, post-punk and folk influences. Currently in five-piece form, their music balances sweet, intricate riffs with bursts of pummeling chaos, bringing an energetic and richly arranged live set to the stage. Fisheye launch their second ever single, Eggs, at the Last Chance on October 30th. Eggs is a melancholic but powerful track that journeys from a quietly brooding beginning into rich, heartful crescendo. They are joined by Banskia, a jazz-fusion group with heavy emphasis on groove, and the energetic and soulful roots-influenced Sam Curtis Collective.
