Describe your show in a tweet. Take a trip w #TheRussiansOfBarcelona. Russian street musos & Aussie mates in Spain. Names changed to protect the guilty @LabohemeBar

Why did you decide to do Fringe 2015? I am a classically trained professional musician who always had a hankering for the theatre spotlight. I left Adelaide and had adventures around the world, gathering material for a future hit production. My debut show at La Boheme for Cabaret Fringe Festival last June ended on a sell-out night, so I was ready for the next step: a new show for the Adelaide Fringe!

Tell us a bit about the creative team working on this project? The Russians Of Barcelona is written by myself, based on a true story; only the names have been changed to protect the guilty! I take the lead on vocals, sax and clarinet, backed by three of Adelaide’s best musicians, Brenton Tregloan, Yuri Markov and Aaron Nash. Creative consultant Peter Thorpe has given invaluable advice – all the funny bits are his :-)

In a fantasy world who would you be the love child of and why? Kate Ceberano and Accordian Hans. I’d get talent, gorgeousness and kickarse boss skills from Kate, naughtiness and a great butt from Hans.
